I'm not sure if this is a side-effect of giving up smoking or just the sign of a fevered mind :P

This Little Bit Of Kit

Is hopefully going to help me stop smoking...so far in a week I've cut down from around 40 roll-ups a day to less than 10..and after 30+ years that has to be a good thing...the desperation of a smoker can be hard to understand..we find the money for tobacco no matter what..if,as I do, we have asthma, we just use inhalers more than we should, we look at all the horrible warning on packets, then light up anyway...I have tried before to stop but I never lasted more than a couple of days. I've seen some good results from friends on facebook and I'm determined to join them this time!

Now, having imposed a computer time ration on myself (in front of the computer is where I smoke most) I'm going to catch up on some of the things I've missed this week
