While I'm aware

that I may be the only person this interests,I thought I'd pass it on anyway.I've been quietly fuming over the fact that FMJ with commentary was only going to be available on HD DVD or Blu-ray,aswell as trying to work out exactly who I could beg, borrow or steal the money from to buy a player.Don't know how many of you followed the Google alert this morning, but I found something interesting. It WILL be released as a normal dvd but only as part of a box set of Kubrick films, the details of which can be found here.

As a hd dvd player is pretty expensive I have a feeling I'll be getting the box set,if only to hear if Vincent remembers things differently to Matthew Modine.(I've just read his book on the subject)

Well, there are some films in the set that I always meant to see but never did, so I imagine I'll be going for that too. THanks for the info, Eliza.

We have the DVD of this movie but I've never looked to see if it contains commentary. I swear, just when everyone finally obtains the latest tech toys, they come out with NEW ones.
