I needed a project, and as I collect soundtracks,I thought I'd make some new covers. These took me so long to do that I thought I'd share with people who will appreciate them :-)
Val: The sketch effect in yesterdays post was done in Picnik (an online editor).I love it because it's really easy to use!!

Ooohh, very nice!! Such a coincidence to post about CD covers, last night I started printing some new ones too! Told I got ink :-P
They're beautiful Eliza!
Everyone seems to have the same idea. Diane has been busy making new DVD covers.
Fantastic! I've been thinking about labels and covers, and ages ago I actually bought a progrmame with a complete kit that I've never opened. As soon as the 30 hour day is invented I'll get started...
Absolutely lovely as usual. Thanks for sharing these. :)
It won't load for me...there's an error messages that says it "failed to load or parse". What the heck is "parse"???
:(
I'll try again later. I wish I could see them; based on the comments they sound outstanding!
Such great covers!!UUU..cool!!
I use "Picnik",too;it is sooo fun and esay to use!!
Good job Eliza! I too have discovered the joy of making 'proper' covers. Trouble is, it takes me about a day to decide which pictures to use, then some of them don't seem quite 'right' so it's back to the drawing board. It's taken me about a week and a half to make 6 so far. CD covers are my next project - at this rate, this will be sometime in 2010 ;0)
it's like a reminder of how untidy i am. i don't even keep my CDs in any order.
very nice covers, eliza :)
Appreciation flag waving here.
