I've spent ages trying to think of a way to describe Ephraim McDougall..the best I could come up with was that he was a gentle soul :-)

i think it's about destiny. when two strangers meet each other because they HAD to meet; they were made for each other. it seems to me that ephraim just began to live when he finally met her.

I've never seen it and don't even know what it's about but, "a gentle soul" sounds wonderfully "Vincentsque"
