How I Made Yesterdays Animation
First find your pictures (Picasa is a good way to go through all your folders at once), then cut them down into squares and make them black & white. This takes time when you're overly ambitious and decide to do lots at once. Then you open an image editing program ( I used Wondershare then Digital Image Suite) and place the pictures how you want them.I made square collages then cut them into strips because that seemed the easiest way to me..you can do them how you want. Once you have them in strips all you have to do is put them into some animation software, I have some on the pc but there are lots online too, and fiddle with it until you get the effect you want.Simple and it only took me 3 hours or so spread over a couple of days :-D

I have no idea what you just said, but it looks wonderful ;0)
Amazingly beautiful results, and it seems there's so much work involved. Although I got lost half way through the explanation, I know I AM able to enjoy the results!
What Diane said! But the results are heavenly! Thanks for all your effort and expertise, Eliza!
It is time consuming but the results are well worth it. Thank you for sharing the tutorial with us!
I was sure you'd need a lot of time to make this gif. But it's worth! Thanks for your effort and explanation. You're creative and patient! :D
If this was meant to make things clearer to us, its the first unsuccessful post you've ever made!
Nevertheless, thank you for the information about the programmes you used, and if I ever get a spare year or two, I'll look into it. Meanwhile, thank you for your many hours spent making such special stuff for us.
I too Thank you for all of your hard work. I need to take a class to learn how many things work! For now it's just the Dummy book and looking things up. lol I enjoy each day on your site! Never know what's around each corner. Again... Thank you. :)
Thanks for the info. Eliza. I love all these photoshop programs.
